Planning is a major part of creating a quality product. Several variables need to be taken into account including a targeted user and their tendencies, the medium in which they are using your product, best practices in the medium you are designing for, the goals of your client, and many more.
The techniques that I have utilized to accompish this include user research (empathy maps, journey maps), flow charting, low & high resolution mockups, interactive examples, and more.
Much of the work that I have done in past roles are protected under a strict NDA and is unavailable for display in an offical portfolio. The samples that are shown may/may not be doctored for compliance purposes. Some examples may be unavailable online due to contract termination.

I have also designed and developed websites/training courses for governmental entities such as Townships and the United States Military.
In addition to my experience in the corporate domain, designing within OEM standards and branding guidelines, I have done a ton of work in small business.
