In my time at Woodland Direct I had the privilege of overhauling many aspects of their eCommerce platform. Working with the existing website aesthetic, branding, and backend data structure I spearheaded projects doubling user conversion rate in the first year of hire.
Other metrics I helped improve include duration of user sessions, cart adds per user, items per cart, AOV increases, bounce rate, cart abandon rate, and more.
NOTE: I did not DEVELOP the site features on Woodland Directs eCommerce platform. Please disregard any buggy nature and inquire about the back-end frameworks we were subject to work within, at times limiting innovation.
